All alcohol is priced per person and must be purchased through the Assembly Hall. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow any outside alcohol in or around the building. We have several carefully procured Liquor Packages to choose from for every taste and budget. We even have a fun Kids Bar for the under 21 crowd! Not only can you choose what type of alcohol you would like to offer, but you can also choose the number of hours you would like your bar to be open. It’s the perfect way to completely customize your beverage package. Plus, you give us a final guest count 30 days prior to your event, so you only pay for the guests confirmed to attend.
- 9% tax applies on all packages.
- All guests under 6 years of age will be charged $3.00 per person.
- Additional bar time may be added at the end of an event at a rate of $35/per bartender, per hour fee and the next hour liquor package fee.
- Bartenders are required to be hired for all events with liquor services per local ordinance:
- Bartenders are NOT included in your liquor package pricing.
- Bartenders are billed at $50/hour and require a 4 hour minimum.
- Bartenders need one hour of setup and one hour of bar tear down and cleanup for every event.
- Bartender ratio for events is one bartender for every 50 guests.
- Wine pour at tables is available for weddings and special events however:
- Wine Pour at tables requires a minimum of two additional bartenders.
- Additional wine must be ordered for Wine Pour at table and will be billed separately at $9/per person.
- Champagne Toast is available for Weddings & Special Events, however additional Champagne must be ordered and will be billed separately at $11/per person.
- Substitutions of equal quality and value may occur based on availability.
- All Liquor/Beer/Wine choices are subject to change based on distributor availability.
